Returns Policy
Returns:
Can be returned within 30 days since receipt of your purchase, Returns need to be in resellable condition(must with original packing). Custom made items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are not refundable, if your shipment is Free Shipping, 30% of of your payment will deduct as the shipping cost. To start the return send a email to sales@welmatchwedding.com
Custom made items such as personalized items cannot be returned unless item is damaged upon delivery or a mistake made by welmatchwedding.com
Open Items Returns
Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we'll give you partial refunds base on the condition of the products. To inspect the shipment, please only open 1 packing to check first before opening all quantities. Used items will not be accepted for return.
Refunds
If refunds are processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please notice that shipping cost are not refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@welmatchwedding.com.
Sales Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately more than 35% discount sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Back
To return your product, you should mail to the warehouse close your address, please send a email firstly, we'll email a Return Label to you, please allow 1-2 days for processing and be sure to check Spam, the email will be from UPS.com or FEDEX.com
